CAS Leadership from January 2025
The CAS in Leadership is a part-time continuing education programme that provides you with the most important fundamentals of modern leadership. Expand your knowledge and sharpen your personal leadership profile.
In 2023, the academic management of Business Administration at Executive Education decided to introduce two new CAS courses and one DAS course.
Under the direction of Dr Anil Özdemir, a modular concept for new degree programmes in the field of general management and leadership was developed and approved by the Business Administration Steering Committee, the Continuing Education Commission and the university management.
The new degree programmes CAS General Management, CAS Leadership and DAS Unternehmensführung are modular in structure and allow participants a great deal of flexibility in the design and duration of their programmes. The new programmes replace the CAS Business Management programme, which has been offered for over 20 years.
The CAS Leadership programme focuses on the most important fundamentals of modern leadership. In the compulsory elective area, participants attend modules on leadership, organisation, change management and crisis management. In the elective area, participants can choose from a wide range of executive education courses to round off their programme in the ideal way.
