UZH Finance Roundtable 2025
On 6 February 2025, the UZH Department of Finance and Executive Education hosted the first Finance Roundtable at the University of Zurich. At this event, a group of CFOs met to discuss the topic of ‘AI, Big Data and Impact on Investment Management’.
The roundtable, initiated by Patricio Dr Ohle (FBXperts) and moderated by Prof. Walter Farkas (Department of Finance and Executive Education), aimed to promote contacts between CFOs and the University of Zurich, particularly with regard to family-run businesses.
Jürgen Brücker, CEO of Executive Education at the Faculty of Economics, was also in attendance and gained interesting insights into the impact of AI.

- Two start-ups presented their innovative solutions (blp and Intellyse)
- Two panel discussions with guests from Holcim, SFS Group, Microsoft, mesakumo and Strategy and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL)
