The EMBA program provides tools and attitudes to be able to assume a higher management position in a company.
Basic tools and foundation of the EMBA program are, for example, knowledge of basic economics or statistics and data analysis. Students bring different amounts of prior knowledge with regard to these basics. The goal is to bring all course participants to the same level of knowledge before more specific applications are learned and practiced.
Only action that can be traced back to an attitude knows what it wants and will be convincing. The examination of value concepts with regard to "Business Ethics" and "International Management" are equally the foundations of successful and sustainable management.
